Responsibilities:
- Design and develop features according to the product roadmap.
- Guide the development process of other developers.
- Proactively take responsibility for the entire development cycle.
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study.
- 6-10 years experience in backend development with leadership exposure and experience mentoring junior engineers
- Proficiency in full stack languages such as C#, .NET Core, and skills in React.js.
- Practical experience with Mongo/Mongoose for seamless data management.
- Must have experience with CRM integration (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), OAuth solutions, and GCP debugging and configuration.
- A passion for solving specific customer issues and refining better solutions from these experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
