Our client is a leading company in consumer goods industry who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm
- Provide strategic direction for the implementation and management of the ERP system across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of ERP projects, ensuring adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
- Work closely with various departments (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR) to standardize processes and ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to align ERP strategies with business objectives and drive organizational change.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during ERP implementation, including training and communication strategies for users.
- Establish metrics to track the effectiveness of the ERP system and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, PMP) are preferred.
- Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in ERP management or related roles, preferably within a consumer goods environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and understanding of IT infrastructure; experience with cloud-based solutions is a plus.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
- Collaborates with department heads across finance, operations, IT, and other relevant areas.
