Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Full-Stack Developer (.NET ReactJS) to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust web applications across the entire stack—from front-end UI/UX design to back-end services and databases. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-centric front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., ReactJS).
  
• Develop and maintain scalable back-end APIs and services using technologies such as .NET Core.
  
• Integrate front-end components with back-end logic and database systems (i.e. SQL).
  
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to define and implement solutions.
  
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
  
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable deployment of applications.
  
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
  
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack in development and production environments.
  
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.
  

Technical Skills

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a full-stack developer using .Net Core, ReactJS and SQL
  
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one or more modern frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
  
• Strong experience with server-side languages such as .Net Core, C#
  
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
  
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  

Things that will separate you from the rest 

• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker, GitLab CI, Maven. 
  
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile development methodologies
  
• Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS
  

Education or Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in IT, Computer Science
