Embedded Software Project Manager

VinFast is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Embedded Software Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the EE Software, Function Release (FRS) process, ensuring seamless integration and successful deployment of new functions and features in our products. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that all functional releases meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain the Function Release Specification (FRS) process for new vehicle functions and software features
  
• Collaborate with engineering, validation, design, and quality teams to plan and execute function release milestones.
  
• Ensure all functions are fully tested, verified, and compliant with system and customer requirements.
  
• Track FRS progress, issues, and changes; maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  
• Analyze and resolve problems arising during the release process.
  
• Drive continuous improvement of FRS tools, processes, and workflows to enhance overall release efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  
• 3–5 years of experience in function/software release or system integration, preferably in the automotive or high-tech industry.
  
• Strong understanding of EE Software Architecture, Function Release methodology, and configuration/change management principles.
  
• Solid project management and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
  
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  
• Proficiency in English; familiarity with automotive standards and tools (e.g., CANoe, DOORS, PTC Integrity, JIRA) is an advantage.
