OVERVIEW: Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of electric motor( 6in1) development projects from planning, design, production, testing to implementation. Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while complying with regulations and technical standards.
ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT, HUMAN DEVELOPMENT:
- Leads the project team: ESP, tracks progress, and addresses issues to keep the project on track.
- Primarily responsible for stakeholder engagement at the project level.
- Manages project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices within the project.
- Team leadership
FUNCTIONAL JOB:
- Interfaces within the project, and with other projects and organizational units, are identified and monitored;
- Develop detailed project plans for electric motor development, including resource allocation, schedules, and budgets to achieve vehicle requirement
- Follow vehicle gate quality report to make sure EMI/ ESP team following vehicle gate deliverables. Communication with vehicle team/ supplier to have clearly project requirements
- Monitor and adjust project plans as necessary in response to changes or unexpected issues
- Supervise and manage a team of engineers and related staff to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitors project performance against predefined objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree/ Qualification: Bachelor
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in development or project management related to electric motors or similar systems.
- Working in a design and Automotive production project environment for at least 5 years
- Experience managing projects from design through to production and real-world implementation.

- (ALM, PLM) Teamcenter, CodeBeamer is plus, experience with CAD/CAE systems (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS).
