Job Description
1. Livestreaming Management (Self Livetream & Affiliate Livestream)
- Develop and execute the annual and quarterly livestreaming strategy aligned with overall eCommerce and sales objectives.
- Define livestreaming KPIs, growth targets, budget allocation, and ROI benchmarks.
- Build scalable livestream formats (daily live, mega campaigns, brand events, KOL-led lives).
- Own livestream P&L including GMV, margin, host/KOL fees, production costs, and media support. Monitor and optimize key metrics: GMV, CR, AOV, watch time, CTR, cost per order, ROI.
- Identify growth levers and cost-optimization opportunities to improve profitability.

2. Afiliate Management
- Develop and execute the annual and quarterly affiliate strategy aligned with overall eCommerce and marketing goals.
- Define growth targets, commission structures, and incentive programs to drive affiliate performance.
- Identify new affiliate opportunities across platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Website, social commerce).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, creators, KOLs, MCNs, and affiliate networks.
- Monitor affiliate performance (GMV, ROI, CR, AOV, outcome quantity & quality).
3. Content & Visual Management
- Manage the digital content calendar aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines & oversee visual layout and product presentation on e-commerce stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to control all engaging copy, visuals, and videos.
- Ensure content consistency across eCommerce platforms, social media, and digital ads.
- Track and analyze content performance to optimize future campaigns.
- Ensure online stores reflect the latest campaign materials, promotions, and product launches.
4. Media Management
- Oversee & monitor paid media performance (onsite & offsite)
- Collaborate with agencies and platform media teams to optimize ad performance and ensure budget efficiency.
- Track and report key media KPIs such as impressions, reach, engagement, and ROAS.
- Integrate media data into overall digital campaign analysis and strategy.
- Explore new media trends and propose initiatives to drive traffic and conversion.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Marketing, and eCommerce teams to align promotional activities.
- Collaborate with external enablers, agencies, and platform partners to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Support reporting and data analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Background requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communication related.
- 8+ years of experience in end-to-end Livestreaming management (Brand Self Live & Affiliate Live)
- Strong in VM & CRM optimization. Media Stategy is a plus.
- Background in beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms.
- Good communication skills.
