BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our vision is to be THE software engineering partner for brake system in ASEAN. We deliver complete software projects (CSPs) to our Bosch counterparts of CC, BEG and 2WP divisions for the OEMs in nearshore regions Japan, China, ASAEAN. We perform the end-to-end software development activities including all the roles like developers, testers, integrators, project managers and other special functions like functional safety and cyber security for our projects. We also work on the advanced engineering topics like software engineering for E&E architecture. “Join us in this noble cause of saving lives and develop your careers towards these futuristic technologies”.

As an Embedded Software Developer for Automotive applications such as ABS/ESP/Air Bag/Adoptive Cruise Control Electronic Control Units (ECUs), etc., your responsibilities include:

- Requirement clarification and analysis

- Software development, integration and unit testing based on requirements

- Low and high level design for software modules

- Execute software development tasks, document results and report problems

- Debugging

- More details will be discussed during interviews

QUALIFICATIONS

• Major in Computer Engineering/ Automotive Engineering/ Electronics Telecommunication/Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
• Good at C language, knowledge of microcontroller and embedded system
• Knowledge at Low Level driver developments like ADC, SPI, UART
• Embedded software de-bugging skills
• Able to work independently and diligently with minimal support
• Good English communication skills to work directly with foreign customers
• Good at analytical mindset
• Willingness to take up responsibility
• Self-learning & Self-motivated with a good learning curve
• Adaptive & Flexible to challenging situations
• Good at task management and handling multiple tasks/requests
• Highly responsible and proactive in solving problems/issues
• It would be big advantage if you have:
• Automotive domain knowledge
• Experienced in Software Unit Test, Component Test, Integration Test
• Tool/Script development (VBA, Python, C#, AI...)
• Knowledge on Configuration Management
• Experienced in Software Development Model (V-Model, or Agile…)
• Experienced in Software Review (Formal Review, Informal Review)
• Knowledge of CAN Protocol, AUTOSAR, Flexray
• CANalyzer/CANoE know-how & CAPL programming
• Able to use Renesas, LauterBach debugger
• Have a good mindset/ideas for applying automation solutions and improving processes to enhance productivity.
