JOB DESCRIPTION

Role objectives:

• Build up the reputation of SGS’s Environment service to local market

• Enhance the professional and expert service delivery to international and local client

•Ensure all tasks comply with SGS's HSE policy

Responsibilities:

• Perform Audit & Assessment for Real Estate Solutions including EDGE, Green House Gas, Energy Audit not limiting to reading, extracting, evaluating and calculating data from electrical drawings, structural drawings, construction drawings and other related documentations.

• Perform onsite as well as inspection/audit for project within Vietnam and Asia Region (except Chinese speaking countries) including post-service reporting

• Conduct Remote audit training to SGS Affliates in prior to performance of work.

• Actively communicate with clients to explain on audit result or provide recommendation to Certifier to issue the Certification

• Support EHS sampling as instructed by Technical Supervisor/Manager including Field, Monitoring and Marine services

• Provide the explanation of technical issue to client if required

• Provide consultancy support to client for consulting jobs

• Frequently obtain, update, and maintain standard operating procedures.

• Conduct research on new standard application and present it to the team for update

• Other tasks requested by Technical Supervisor/Manager and SBU Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Civil/Energy/MEP/Construction engineering or related disciplines.
• Fluent English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent as minimum).
• Engineer/Consultant or similar roles with minimum of 1 year experience
• Knowledge in Green building standards (EDGE, LEED, Green Mark, WELL..etc) and Sustainability standard & other green credentials (SBTi, GRESB, EDP/LCA, ISO 14064/14067, Carbon neutrality...etc) is highly desirable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCad and Research
• Patience, client-oriented, and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Good at interpersonal skill.
• Good communication skill (both writing and speaking).
