A major European customer with over 1,000 employees is establishing an Offshore Development Center (ODC) in Vietnam.
Team Composition: The ODC team will consist of 10 members, including Backend (Java), Frontend (React, TypeScript), and Manual Testing roles.
Work Location: Hanoi office.
Transition Plan: After approximately one year, the customer plans to acquire the team and sign direct contracts with the staff. This timeline may adjust depending on the customer’s decision.
Domain: Fintech.
Project Scale: A global team of 150 members across multiple countries.
Requirements
Must have:
At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
Proficient in Spring Core and Spring Boot frameworks.
Strong grasp of test-driven development (TDD) practices, with experience using tools like Junit or Mockito.
Have practical projects on CI/CD tools and processes.
Experience in modernizing legacy systems is highly desirable.
Experience in leading team.

Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, banking, and finance domains.
Previous exposure to working in foreign companies or collaborating with international teams, managers, or clients, particularly from Europe and the U.S. with a minimum of 10 members.
Benefits
Salary: up to 75.000.000 Gross VND.
Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, or 10 AM - 7 PM, from Monday to Friday.
Contract type: Employment contract.
Expected on-board time: Around in the beginning of April.
