About the Company

Our client is a leading organization driving digital transformation across industries. They are committed to fostering an Agile culture and are seeking a highly experienced Agile Transformation Manager to lead their Agile Center of Excellence (Agile CoE) and oversee the strategic adoption of Agile methodologies at the program level.

Role Overview

As an Agile Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and scaling Agile methodologies, optimizing processes, and driving cultural change within the organization. You will act as an internal transformation partner, ensuring Agile best practices are adopted across multiple teams and programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Standardizing Processes & Optimizing Resources

  • Establish and implement Agile operating principles, governance structures, and best practices across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of Agile adoption through experimentation, knowledge-sharing, and retrospectives.
  • Identify, document, and disseminate Agile best practices to optimize team efficiency.
  • Ensure effective use of Agile tools, resources, and team capabilities for seamless transformation.
  • Influence and encourage leadership and teams to adhere to Agile methodologies.

2. Governance, Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

  • Roll out and monitor Agile transformation strategies, tracking progress against established metrics.
  • Take corrective actions to enhance Agile adoption and maturity across teams.
  • Remove obstacles at team, program, and organizational levels to ensure smooth Agile execution.
  • Facilitate workshops and transformation planning with external and internal partners (JMO, MTI, etc.).
  • Conduct Agile maturity assessments and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Address Agile adoption challenges at Scrum-of-Scrum and program levels.

3. Agile Coaching, Training & Thought Leadership

  • Provide hands-on Agile coaching, mentoring, and training for Scrum teams and leadership.
  • Develop internal Agile capability by fostering an Agile community for scalability and sustainability.
  • Stay engaged with the broader Agile community, contributing to industry best practices.
  • Continuously refine and enhance the Agile operating model based on real-world implementation insights.

4. Leadership & Strategic Management

  • Lead the Agile Center of Excellence (Agile CoE), driving a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in Agile and change management, leveraging insights to foster organizational transformation.
  • Inspire and mentor teams, ensuring long-term Agile adoption and mindset shifts.

Key Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience leading Agile transformations, including IT and non-IT projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, Technology, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of digital disruption drivers from both customer and organizational perspectives.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Agile transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of technical engineering best practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and DevOps.
  • Proven ability to coach and train teams in Agile concepts, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Active involvement in the Agile community (e.g., published papers, conference speaking engagements, contributions to Agile interest groups).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English (must be able to lead client meetings across regions, including Singapore, Japan, and Korea).
