We are looking for Technical Consultant / Solutions Expert (SaaS)
who can help map customer requirements to product capabilities and
assist sales teams to close deals.
This role involves working in collaboration with the sales
teams, product teams and partners to deliver a compelling value
proposition for customers and win deals.
Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Sales & Partner
Teams, within the APAC region to ensure successful closure
of the sales process by providing technical demo.
- Setting up face-face discovery meetings and
product demonstration when needed (Locally).
- Develop technical solutions (SaaS
software) and organizing, planning, creating &
delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of
Work/Scope are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Responding to RFI’s through the ticketing channel.
- Liaising with the Product/technical team to
provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product
& competitor landscapes.
- Present at workshops and training sessions;
both online and offline.
- Collaborate with product teams and update
product knowledge constantly
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in relevant field.
- Prior experience as a Presales
Engineer/Product Specialist/Solution Engineer in a cloud
based B2B PaaS, IaaS, SaaS environment is advantageous
- Good attitude, Meticulous and possess strong
problem solving and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills and able to adapt to working with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel (Post Covid) to meet
teams or attend business related activities
- Basic English skills to communicate internally is important
- Prior knowledge of industry leading CRM
technologies or other such business software is an advantage.
- Work from office (atleast 4 days a week) when we open up an office in Ho Chi Minh.
