Job Description

• Oversee and manage the deployment and functionality of the Microsoft Power Platform, aligning with business development strategies.

• Design and execute a robust governance framework to ensure platform integrity and compliance.

• Coordinate the release and integration of new platform features, keeping pace with the latest advancements.

• Collaborate with the Center of Competence (CoC) to further Hyper-automation and Low Code initiatives.

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of technical specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Develop and standardize platform processes, and spearhead the creation of new components as well as the release of custom and standard platform features.
 

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems (B.Sc. or B.Eng.).

• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; German language proficiency is a plus.

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, including significant leadership responsibilities.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively with a results-driven mindset.

• Strong grasp of agile methodologies, web technologies, and system architecture principles.

• Microsoft certifications in Azure and Power Platform are highly desirable.

• International experience is a plus.
