We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts for OPSWAT in Vietnam and the Asia Pacific region. What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive and effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's workforce needs.
- Lead, mentor and develop the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, role requirements, and provide expert advice.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting, candidate sourcing, assessment, selection to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers and related stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process for a consistent and positive candidate experience across the territories.
- Build and maintain good relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
- Enhance employer branding through targeted marketing and engagement activities, including campus programs.
- Stay updated with trends in recruitment, making recommendations for tools and technologies that can enhance our processes.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to enhancing employee engagement and development.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
What We Need From You
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques and employer branding.
- Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with social media recruiting, digital marketing, and regional job boards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Well-organized. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain solid professional relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
