Niteco is a rapidly growing end-to-end digital group with over 300 staff across global offices in Sydney, UK, Sweden, US, Hong Kong and Vietnam.

Our digital services range from CX Strategy, Solution Architecture, Emerging Technologies, Data Analytics, and Continuous Optimisations. At Niteco, we design, build, and run content, commerce, and optimisations based on best platforms in the world for over 70 global brands including Electrolux, AEG, Zanussi, Westinghouse, Panasonic, DeLonghi, Braun, Kenwood, Adairs, Grant Thornton, Dun & Bradstreet, and Heineken.

Due to our strong growth, we are looking for Solution Architects to expand Niteco Groups Solution Architecture Division.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As Solution Architect working in Solution Architecture Division, you bridge the gap between business and technology. You interact with stakeholders on all levels of the client organisation and are able to translate business challenges and goals into sound and solid technical solutions which bring value to and help support the goals of the client.

Understanding and picking apart business processes behind digital journeys and being able to pinpoint improvements on both process itself as well as supporting technology is key in your daily work. You are able to translate opportunities for improvement, or the necessity of change, into a clear narrative towards the client organisation, building support for transformation at sponsor level.

You support client teams in discovery and foundation phases in the search for future proof solutions on any scale within a client project. During, and directly after, foundation you able to translate business into technology on a level detailed enough for agile teams to understand and transform into tangible requirements to kickstart development afterwards.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• As a solution architect, you required can code, and design architectures to fit with business requirements helping customers succeed in their business.
• Solid experienced at least 1 top programming language, such as Java, Golang, C# .NET, Python, etc.
• Having a DevOps mindset, and DevOps skills.
• Experienced in microservices architecture design.
• Experienced in API development design for Web and Mobile application.
• Experienced design and implement CI/CD Pipelines at least one of popular such as Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD (nice to have).
• Experienced working with Containerization, Virtual Machine such as Docker, VMWare, and Orchestrator such as Kubernetes Engine, Docker Swarm (nice to have).
• Experienced working at least 1 Public Cloud such as AWS, GCP, MS Azure, etc.
• Experienced with both database and application system from On Premises to Cloud.
• Experienced working with SQL, NoSQL Database such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle DB, MongoDB.
• Experienced working with Distributed System such as Kafka, Elasticsearch (nice to have).
• Knowledge of enterprise level application ecosystems (ERP, OMS, CRM, WMS, etc.) (nice to have).
• Understand Commerce Business Models and -Processes (B2B and B2C) (nice to have).
• Experienced design and working with Monitoring/Logging/Observability stack such as Stackify, APM, NewRelic, Azure Insights, etc.
• Experienced working with Data Warehouse, and design Data Pipelines (nice to have).
• Good communication skills both written and verbal (in Vietnamese and English languages).
• Good presentation skills.
