Our client, a reliable IT service provider, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Engage in AMS operational/deployment projects as required.
- Receive, analyze change requests, troubleshoot issues, and discuss processes with stakeholders to identify solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Implement, test, and document configuration procedures.
- Develop, specify functional design (FS), and support the technical team in developing programs to meet functional requirements.
- Analyze customer business requirements and goals with SAP solutions and processes to be implemented.
- Support Presales and perform other tasks as required by the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with SAP ERP systems, particularly FI, CO, or BPC, in a deployment, AMS, end-user, or similar ERP product role.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles, including Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS). Experience with international accounting standards (IFRS) is a plus.
- Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication.
- Expertise in using MS Office applications. Proficient use of MS Visio and MS Project is a plus.
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to clients. Experience supporting ERP product demos and presales is a plus.
