The individual in this role will serve as a Project Manager, overseeing the comprehensive delivery of app development projects based on IT and OT-IT technologies. This entails managing resources such as Front End Engineers, Back End Engineers, and others to ensure timely and high-quality project completion. This position involves global interactions with engineering and business development teams, as well as other stakeholders.
Responsibilites:
- Leading the development and execution of detailed projects from initiation to closure, aligned with client requirements.
- Analyzing and interpreting user stories to create project roadmaps based on priority.
- Monitoring progress, identifying issues, and providing weekly/sprint reports to Management and Product Owners.
- Monitoring quality issues and bugs, collaborating with architects and product owners to achieve permanent resolutions and prevent reoccurrence.
- Effectively managing project execution and budgets.
Requirements
- ENGLISH speaking is a MUST.
- Certified Scrum Master is a MUST
- Has background in Engineering
- Strong stakeholder management capability to collaborate, negotiation, diplomatic in order to convince the message.
- Has OT-IT knowledge and able to communicate with partner stakeholder in this area
- Should able to coach and mentor junior team members and able to manage Knowledge, delivery acceleration, build culture of innovation and thought leadership for IT and OT-IT area
- Experience with SAP PM
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient in spoken English.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as Project Manager, with at least 3 years in the IIoT domain (SaaS/PaaS Cloud-based).
- Understanding of budget and cost management for regional projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in managing global teams virtually.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
