What are we looking for?

The Scrum Master will be responsible for coordinating and managing the throughput and quality of software and product features, facilitating Scrum practices, removing impediments, and ensuring that the team adheres to Agile principles.

What are you expected to do?

  • The Scrum Master will manage and coordinate the creation and definition of user stories.
  • They will oversee stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • They will define and manage test cases to ensure product quality.
  • The Scrum Master will coordinate and document input from various stakeholders in feature prioritization and definition.
  • They will oversee the creation, cataloging, and grooming of user stories.
  • The Scrum Master will coordinate the allocation of development tasks to developers.
  • They will manage the status of stories on the Scrum board.
  • Success in this role will be measured by the speed and quality of feature development.
  • The level of user satisfaction and feedback will be a key indicator of success.
  • Transparency and accuracy of software development progress and risks will be essential.
  • Positive feedback from fellow team members will also be a critical measure of success.
  • The Scrum Master will interact with the CTO, Software Development Team (Melbourne, China, and Philippines), Product Manager, UX Designer, and CEO.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You have at least 5 years experience as a Scrum Master.
  • You have a deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
  • You have experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
  • You have experience in documenting processes, workflows, and technical requirements clearly and concisely.
  • Basic understanding of software development, including coding, testing, and deployment.Ability to communicate effectively with developers and understand technical issues.
  • You have good working knowledge in handling projects on the following technology stacks:React.js,Node.js (Koa), MySQL,Nginx / Caddy,Linux and AWS
  • You have experience in tools such as Jira, Notion or Wrike
  • You have experience in using data to drive improvements in team performance and processes,ability to track and report on key Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time.
  • Good to have any scrum certification like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM),Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

What happens after you submit your application?


The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
