[Remote] Lead Front­end Engineer [A-R]

• Lead the design and implementation of frontend features and functionality.
  
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Sales teams to gather and understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  
• Write high-quality, maintainable code.
  
• Participate in design discussions, lead reviews, and propose/implement solutions to technical problems and challenges.
  
• Mentor team members and perform code reviews, providing feedback and overall guidance.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's (B.S) and/or Master's (M.S) degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  
• Over 8 years of experience in building web applications.
  
• Proficiency in creating responsive single-page web applications (SPA) using modern frontend frameworks like VueJS and Nuxt.
  
• Strong user experience (UX) background, including the ability to build UI components from scratch and use third-party libraries like Tailwind CSS, JSS, and Styled Components.
  
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and mobile device compatibility.
  
• Effective communication skills.
  
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
  
• Passion and motivation to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, with a desire to learn and contribute to a highly experienced team.
  
• Excellent work ethic and the ability to deliver results in a remote working environment.
  
• Previous experience in leading remote teams is a plus.
