As a Production Monitor Engineer, you will:
- Monitor+ Support+ Troubleshoot+ Resolve Production System's issues.
- Internal 2nd level support in department
- Keep track troubleshooting progress, build/fix on Productions.
- Report to direct supervisor every shift
- Attend maintenance event with related department.
Requirements for Success:
- Troubleshooting skills to effect fast problem resolution.
- Experience in Customer Service, Technical Support or related field preferred
- Must be customer-service oriented; Actively look for ways to help people.
- Active Listener be able to give full attention to what is being said, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate and not interrupt at inappropriate times.
- Logical thinking, IT background preferred.
- Must have a strong attention to detail; Careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
- Efficient able to handle and resolve client issues quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Working Time: 40 hours/Week, working in nightshift (9 PM – 6AM)3 days a week and 2 days in flexible breaking shifts.
- Willingly to work at weekends
