Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Product Coordinator Supervisor (Support) with a strong focus on IT products to join our team and provide assistance to the Product Coordination Manager. 

 In this role, you will primarily focus on supporting the manager in project coordination, data analysis, and reporting related to our IT product initiatives.
 Typical projects include the integration of new businesses, roll out of new modules, ensuring we implement the right solutions and bring this change to the relevant team and users.

 This is a highly transversal and strategic position, working with product management teams in Asia, Europe and Americas on our legacy system, and other connected systems. An excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced IT product environment.

 In this position, you will:
 1. Assist the Product Coordination Manager:
 • Support the manager in various tasks, including project coordination, communication, and documentation.
 • Collaborate closely with the manager to ensure the successful execution of IT product initiatives.
 2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
 • Collect, compile, and analyze project-related data and feedback from stakeholders.
 • Assist in generating reports and presentations summarizing project progress, milestones, and key findings.
 • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project-related documentation and knowledge repositories.
 3. KPIs Tracking and Analysis:
 • Support the tracking and setup of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance and success of our IT product initiatives.
 • Collaborate with the manager to analyze KPI data, identify trends, and provide actionable 
 recommendations for project enhancements.
 4. User Training and Support:
 • Organize and deliver training sessions for new users, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our IT product functionality.
 • Provide ongoing user support by addressing queries and issues related to product usage.
 • Collaborate with the manager to develop training materials and user guides to facilitate effective user onboarding and adoption.
 5. Project Coordination:
 • Assist in coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, arranging resources, and tracking project deliverables.
 • Help maintain project calendars, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
 • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, both internal and external.
 6. Change Management and Process Improvement:
 • Contribute to change management efforts by assisting in communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.
 • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose actionable recommendations to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, computer science, business administration or engineering fields: industrial, logistic, mechanical engineers).
  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in IT Product (IT Coordinator, Product Analyst, IT junior project manager) or in Engineering fields (business analysts, operations analysts, junior project managers, junior ops manager)
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality in work deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and learn quickly.
