Product Operations Intern

The position:

As an Intern Product Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting the Product Operations team in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of product operations initiatives. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of product operations, including product data management, process optimization, and project coordination. 

What You Will Be Doing:

• Product Data Management:  

• Assist in developing the SKU Product Library (including SKU information, CPQ flow, SKU change tracking) and maintaining and updating product data in SFDC 

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various product channels. 

• Collect and analyze Product Ops team performance via Jira board. 

• Assist in the development NPI Leaderboard. 

• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings. 

• Process Optimization:  

• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements. 

• Analyze and report on process performance metrics. 

• Project Coordination:  

• Support product operations projects by providing administrative and organizational assistance. 

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. 

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. 

• General Support:  

• Provide general administrative support to the Product Operations team. 

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed. 

What We Need From You:

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Data Science. 

• Fluent in English. 

• Strong organizational and time management skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).    

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• A passion for cyber security products and a desire to learn and grow.
