 Sika Vietnam is looking for Process Engineering Engineer to improve production process to increase capacity & efficiency and support improvement plan for KPI of Operations.


Job Description

  • Lead improvement project investment to increase quality, capacity, efficiency and saving operation cost
  • Monitor and report for trial new packaging of products.
  • Monitor, record, report the trial for new Product, Process and Equipment following PCP & PMP system
  • Apply new process technology to improve production efficiency.
  • Manage operation procedure and improve Waste Water Treatment system
  • Work closely with Maintenance team to analyze root cause of equipment failure, reduce break down time of equipment
  • Work instruction for new process/equipment
  • Ensure health & safety rules and Environment Management System are followed and maintained for equipment and facilities. 
  • Focus on improvements, modifications and new installations to existing plant equipment/system
  • Perform other duties which assigned by the Process Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant engineering field
  • Experience using AutoCAD or similar design software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g., 8D methodology)
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Design of Experiments (DoE), and statistical analysis
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Experience working with chemicals in an industrial setting
  • Highly responsible, with a strong desire to learn and a positive attitude
  • Experience in wastewater treatment (a strong plus)
  • Proficient in English for technical communication
  • Vietnamese speaking

 Buses depart between 6:30am and 7:00am, returning from the Head Office at 4:30pm daily, Monday to Friday.
