​DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES​| About the role

​We are looking for a talented Presales Engineer with expertise in cybersecurity solutions, focusing on Palo Alto Networks technologies. 

This role will report to Technical Manager

​As the Pre-Sales Engineer  , you will:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical consultation.
  • Design and propose cybersecurity solutions, with a strong focus on Palo Alto Networks.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Lead Demo, Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to validate solution feasibility and fit.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE​| About you

​The ideal Pre-Sales Engineer  :

​Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in cyber security
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying cybersecurity solutions, particularly with Palo Alto Networks or other vendors like: Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet.
  • Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of network security, firewalls, threat prevention, endpoint protection, and cloud security.
  • Familiarity with Palo Alto products (e.g., Next-Generation Firewalls, Cortex XDR, Prisma Access and solutions is a plus.
  • Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CCNP, PCNSE) are highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Proficiency in networking and security protocols.
