Main Objectives
- Enhance ERP Presales Success Deliver impactful product demonstrations and proposals that drive sales conversions.
- Optimize Business Processes Identify and implement improvements within ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure Smooth Implementation Support system configuration, testing, and end-user adoption for successful deployment.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Presales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare tailored proposals.
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to analyze and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate current business workflows and recommend ERP-driven improvements.

Education & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of experience working with Odoo ERP systems in a business analyst, presales, or implementation role.
- Proven experience gathering requirements and mapping them to ERP solutions.
- Strong background in analyzing business processes and proposing ERP-driven optimizations.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with ERP modules related to Manufacturing, Human Resources, Inventory Management, or Finance is highly preferred.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Experience in consulting or working with ERP solution providers.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and ERP integrations.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation within Odoo ERP.
