Position: Network and System engineer
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support customer’s network infrastructure, including configuration, monitoring, and technical support for switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Configure, manage and monitor Windows servers, including administration of DNS, DHCP, and other services.
- Perform regular updates, patches, and security measures for network and server components.
- Develop and implement backup and data recovery strategies.
- Ensure high availability of network and systems, identify and rectify failures.
- Support end-users and colleagues, troubleshoot their technical issues, provide consultations, and assistance.
- Participate in projects related to infrastructure development, deployment, and migration.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with system and network security procedures and standards.
- Work with tickets in Zendesk, or have chats with customers in Zalo.
- Resolve customers issues that can arise when working with our software.
- Provide additional explanations to newcoming customers and trials.
- Hold consultation calls for customers to explain how to use the system.
- Install software and hardware on customers´ PCs\install and configure diskless system.
- Check system performance, solve errors if they appear.
- Configure and perform monitoring systems during installations.
- Tansmit feedback, wishes and suggestions to the correspondent departments.
- Attend team syncs and informational meetings from other departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the network and systems administration;
- Ability to provide customer with voice consultations, teamviwer consultations;
- Ability to visit customers locally in Hanoi and Ho Chi Min cities and do Hardware setup, routers, switches, Windows servers;
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Experience working with pfSense, MikroTik, static and dynamic routing.
- Experience working with Windows server operating systems (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019).
- Understanding of network and system security principles, experience in implementing security measures.
- Experience with replacing/installing hardware components.
- Ability to work in a team, good communication skills.
- Degree in the IT field or certification (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, VCP) is a plus.

Working Conditions:
Full-time position, remote work, flexibility in schedule for responding to weekend and off-hours calls. Ability to visit customers locally in Hanoi and Ho Chi Min cities and do Hardware setup, routers, switches, Windows servers;
