Multiplication Order Assistant (8-month contract)

• Lead process for Parent Seed from import quantity calculation, import permit and follow up quality testing results, Good receipt & Good issue (GR & GI) supervising in Warehouse.
• Coordinate with Field Operation Supervisor for Parent Seed request, transfer, usage, return, and report.
• Coordinate with Field Operation Supervisor for field data update both system and documents record such as: Planting plan/ Planted report/ Discarded/ Yield Estimate/ Harvesting plan/ Harvesting results.
• Coordinate with Field Operation Supervisor/ Vendors to collect supporting documents for Growers vendor/ Indirect vendor code creation
• Ensure Purchase order creation for packaging/chemicals & other indirect materials as Procurement’s required.
• Follow up with Planning/Toller for packing plan/packing results to GR/GI and manage seeds, chemical, packaging.
• Lead process for Parent Seed/ Semi seed product cycle count at cold storage.
• Manage Seed operation procedures in ETQ system.                                           

• Bachelor degree with 01 year working experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Good at data collect & analysis. Carefully
• Good at communication
• Understand of seed production/ planning process is preferred
