Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Social Media Executive (SSME) will be responsible for implementing social media programs and strategies for external audiences related to Clients’ business. This position will report to the Social Media Manager and collaborate with the Social Media team (SMC and SO), Creative team, Account team, and other sister agencies in Groupe.

The core focus of the SSME will be to deliver social media (own channel) tasks by working with the internal staff and companionship with the Account team as Client contact for execution.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the Client's marketing objectives.
  • Identify target audience segments and tailor orientation to resonate with each segment.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content calendar for all Client's social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor and manage the Client's social media channels, responding to comments, questions, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, trends, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build Content Calendar delivering on growth, brand awareness, and engagement.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and thematic
  • alignment.
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver solid monthly content.
  • Partner with junior executives to execute campaigns. Provide direction supervision to the junior staff.
  • Ensure global/local content is executed as planned with all quality and timeline needs met.
  • Other related job duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns following the IMC plan.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize content.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and technologies. Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
  • Schedule posts at optimal times for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and Clients.
  • Understand the social media landscape and identify target consumer lifestyles.
  • Understand the myriad of new web properties and distribution platforms.
  • Understand the ‘value exchange’ process by which earned partnerships are negotiated around
