Lead Automation Test Engineer (Katalon), based in Da Nang

Job Description

• Lead the test automation strategy and ensure high-quality software delivery across multiple projects.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks using Katalon for web, API, and mobile applications.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to the automation team, ensuring best practices and code quality.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and improve test strategies, test approaches, and automation processes.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and risk assessments to align automation efforts with business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test automation for web services, APIs, and mobile applications.
• Strong expertise in Katalon Studio and test automation frameworks.
• Experience leading or mentoring test automation teams.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration and test execution in pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong English communication and leadership abilities.
