About the role:
We are looking for dedicated members to monitor and manage system integrations and configuration updates. This entry-level role provides on-the-job training and is perfect for individuals eager to apply and expand their technical skills in a real-world environment.
Please note that this is a contractor role with a fixed contract period of 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly check on system integrations, and identify and report any disruptions or inconsistencies. Training will be provided to ensure familiarity with our specific tools and protocols.
- Inspect HTML code and make API calls to modify system configurations as needed. Ensure that all changes meet the functional requirements of our projects.
- Address and resolve issues that arise during the integration process by employing problem-solving skills and collaborating with team members.
- Resolve technical issues and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong work ethic, able to manage high workloads.
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- No specific educational background is required
