Our client, a leading bank in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
  • Lead the creation and development of implementation plans for the enterprise architecture program.

  • Translate business strategy into actionable IT plans and roadmaps.

  • Advocate for and execute business strategy to achieve organizational goals.
  • Understand the relationships between business components (people, processes, technology, etc.) and work with stakeholders to define business capabilities and roadmaps.
  • Design technology-enabled operating models and identify and address critical deficiencies in the IT environment.

  • Analyze business capabilities, assess IT readiness, recommend solutions, changes and innovations, and develop implementation plans to drive business forward.
  • Create governance frameworks and standards for EA decision-making, oversee EA implementation, continuous improvement, and documentation.

  • Ensure alignment of infrastructure, project, and product teams with the enterprise architecture.

  • Develop and execute communication plans to promote understanding and value of the enterprise architecture.



Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, System Analysis or a related field.
  • 7y+ work experience in at least three disciplines of business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment, etc.
  • 5y+ work experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business.
  • Proficient in business models, operating models, financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Familiar with information management, SDLC, IT service management, infrastructure, and relevant frameworks.

  • Understands existing and emerging technologies and processing environments.

  • Vendor-neutral with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Translates business needs to EA requirements and estimates financial impact of EA options.

  • Applies various solutions to business problems.

  • Quickly grasps new technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills (teamwork, facilitation and negotiation) and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
