We are looking for a Growth Hacking Team Lead to focus on lead generation across multiple channels, including CRM management and lead generation campaigns execution. This role requires a high level of independent work, creativity, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. You have a chance to build up a team to reach the team goals.


The main responsibilities of the Growth Hacking Team Lead include:

  • Automate email outreach using our tools such as Hubspot, BuiltWith, and contact lookup tools
  • Craft personal, strategic, value-add emails/automated email workflows or email sequences, and/or LinkedIn messages
  • Conduct lead qualification and secure qualified meetings for our Account Managers
  • Research accounts and build a strategic target accounts list
  • Manage the CRM system (Hubspot) to provide metrics on leads
  • Support the Marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to attract potential customers through various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and PPC advertising, industry-specific conferences/events, podcasts, webinars and performance ads
  • Conduct research and analysis, providing insights and recommendations about potential markets to the Marketing and Sales team
  • Research the industry, competitors and our partners network, then collaborate with our copywriters and subject matter experts to help put together compelling and targeted content assets such as blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, case studies and events to attract and engage leads
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as MQLs to SQLs funnel, lead conversion rates, website traffic, email click-through rates, and campaign effectiveness to optimize lead generation efforts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars, identify content gaps, and align content with lead generation goals
  • Research and identify new lead generation opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and co-marketing initiatives
  • Build and manage the future Growth Hacking Team once the result is proven and that the process can be scaled up!

1. CRM Management

  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools (Hubspot) to manage lead nurturing workflows and lead scoring
  • Identify potential leads to conduct research, follow up on to nurture them up to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) 
  • Work closely with the sales team globally on a daily basis to understand their lead requirements, provide regular lead updates, and optimize lead handoff processes
  • Maintain data accuracy within CRM system and optimize processes and workflows within the CRM

2. Automation Workflows

  • Use Hubspot, Builtwith and relevant contact lookup tools to collect and join data, find the right contacts, then build out relevant automated workflows or sequences to get responses or interest indicated or sales meetings booked

3. Support Marketing Functions

  • Collaborate with Marketing team to optimize website traffic and user engagement/conversions as well as performance marketing campaigns to generate more qualified leads 

4. Communication and Reporting:

  • Highlight key metrics, achievements, and challenges, providing regular updates to Sales, Marketing and the CEO 
  • Report on number of Sales Qualified Leads, responses/meetings booked 


Must have:

  • A bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing (especially Marketing Automation) 
  • Excellent written and oral English proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a problem-solving nature
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Proficiency in automation and CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce/Pardot, Marketo, etc.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt content style and tone to different audiences and channels
  • Motivated, can-do attitude, problem solver, and can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales-driven attitude and basic understanding of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and lead generation

  • Tech Savvy - love software, tech and excited to learn new software
  • Experience in growth hacking is a plus!
