Education:       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Thermal & Refrigeration)
Working Experience:  >05 years experiences in a sales role
Preferable with IT experience in Banking sector and/or Telecommunication
Proven ability to communicate with management across all functions
Preferable having work experience in solution business related environment
Business Understanding:  IT business, Colocation needs, 5G Edge deployment
Project/solution sales business
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Good command of spoken and written English. 
Computer literate and presentation skills
Good level of communication, ability to influence and convince
Willing to travel – provinces, cities of Vietnam
Why the position exist, what are the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization

·       Is responsible for SMB End Users located in Vietnam in the domain of Secure Power (IT Cooling/Uniflair)
·       Reach individual target
·       Platform approach and convert top-end users to our solution and technology to prioritize our focus
·       Platform, approach and recruit potential partners focusing in Commercial and Industrial markets to reach the diffuse market
·       Develop internal and external collaboration and competencies in this domain to leverage the full Schneider Electric organization
·       Activate the market with partner enablement, end-user seminars,s and contractors/resellers events.

Responsibility
1.   Direct engagement with key End users in the C&I market
·       Platform, approach, and convert key End Users
·       Build and execute Customer Action Plan
·       Ensure proper time allocation per End User profile and opportunities
·       Generate and follow pipeline
·       Reach Sales target

2.    Strategy development and deployment\: Direct responsibility for the formulation of C&I strategy in North

·       Build plan, processes and resources needs to succeed in C&I market
·       Activate the market with seminar, events, and partners engagement
·       Market selection, programs, tactics, pricing

3.   Enable and collaborate with other Schneider Electric Teams to reach their markets

·       Empower other Sales people from other divisions to prescribe and sell our solution to their customers and market
·       Joint visit to support the selling cycle
·       Review and support pipeline
·       Define rules of engagement with other Salespersons

4.    Customer Relationship Management\: 

Ensure customer intimacy with relevant customers (e.g. end-users, distributors, dealers, re-sellers..)

 5.    Team player & team spirit

Maintain and develop good relations with the team and of another department to realize and follow action plans to resolve issues and to keep abreast of information and the latest update
