Job Description

As the Content Coordinator, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, and increased sales by securing proofreading of copy in external and internal communications. You are responsible for publishing relevant global and local content on the local social channels and manage the channels in crisis situations, together with Customer Activation & Marketing team to ensure the best customer experience.

You are a marketer with excellent language skills and knowledge in adopting translated copy to adhere to local market and brand guidelines. You are also structured and detailed to handle many copy workstreams, including daily publishing and execution of local social channels. You have a strong commercial focus and are insight- and data-driven, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals.

Key responsibilities

  • You are fully immersed in the local daily customer communication plan - responsible to proofread all translated and SEO-related copy ensuring that the right keywords are used in the local language, through coordination with the global SEO agency, based on global guidelines and brand tone of voice.
  • Coordinating with local Media Planners and global Social Media team to facilitate the best organic social plan through publishing global and local content on local social pages, such as Facebook and Twitter, being the point-of-contact for Customer Service and PR in case of negative customer engagement in social media and crisis handling, involving the relevant stakeholders to take action accordingly.
  • Write copy for internal communications related to store information, shop info, local customer communication needs – coordinating with store teams to secure correct facts and information.
  • Conduct analysis on how the organic social content performs and suggest recommendations or changes to organic content, setting follow up KPIs and goals to reporting and insights on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly level.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role as Content Coordinator, you should have excellent language skills and knowledge in adopting translated copy to adhere to local market and brand guidelines. You have a strong commercial focus and are insight- and data-driven, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals.

What you need to succeed:

  • Great written skills in Vietnamese and English language.
  • Knowledge about working with publishing social content on Facebook, Twitter.
  • Good understanding of fashion, marketing content and digital channels.
  • Structured and organized approach.
  • Able to inspire others about fashion, sales, and excellent Customer Service.
  • Good analytical ability and insights-driven.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Content Operations Manager.

Specific working location will be discussed during the interview.
