Our client is one of the leading Edtech companies who is looking for a talent to join their firm: 
  1. System development management:
  • Deploy microservice and Domain-Driven design architectures to speed up product deployment and ability to extend in both scale and features, and optimize performance and reliability.
  • Build features to process multi-sensor data sources, including Brainwave Detection, Webcam Emotion Detection, Voice Recognition, serving to establish models and applications of AI-based personalized learning, GPT to support teaching and learning.
  • Manage squad teams according to the Agile model with full roles, divided by A/B testing-driven and architecture-led projects, end-user and enterprise-user groups.
  • Tech Environment: Micro-Service Architecture; main tech stacks: Java, PHP, Python, SpringBoot, ReactJS, React Native, mySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka. Infrastructure is 100% based on K8s.

  1. Management and strategy building:
  • Conduct planning, resource allocation, project management and performance management.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's technology strategies, build Roadmap and select technologies. 
  • Company representatives share at domestic and international forums, communicate with partners and investors.
  • Maintain and upgrade the CEP-200 software development process, company culture, and find, attract and retain talents.
6 years of experience at Back-End positions and 4 years of Java programming and designing solutions for at least 2-3 projects.
  • High sense of responsibility for both code quality and delivery progress. 
  • Flexibility in choosing solutions and algorithms depending on each goal: product velocity, feature scalability, performance, reliability...
  • Similar experience at well-known domestic and foreign Tech companies is preferred.
