- Manage and monitor new execution projects as client's/ manager's requests in chemical lab. example: new client testing programs, new development projects from global team, projects of trial evaluation on new chemical/consumable/tools ...
- Ensure that all assigned projects are completed timely and successfully.
- Prepare and report project's status to managers regularly.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
- Ensure that all innovation/ digitalization/ automation projects in chemical lab must be implemented and completed successfully & timely.
- Enhance the productivity and operational efficiency in chemical lab annually.
