Job Description
Operating and monitoring all M&E (Mechanic & Electrical) systems:
- AC Power system: high voltage (HV) system, ring main unit (RMU), low voltage (LV) system, transformers, Power Distribution Unit (PDU).
- UPS system and battery.
- Air Conditioner system (Central unit and Castle unit)
- Backup Generator system.
- Building Management System (BMS).
- Firefighting equipment and N2 Firefighting system (automatic sprinkler system).
- Fire alarm bell system.
- Plumbing and Wastewater treatment system.
- Security system (such as ITV system, IC card & Biometric system)
- involve maintaining an inventory of physical assets within the facility
- Escorting and monitoring vendors who do maintenance work for all M&E systems.
- Supporting the operation of services such as Cleaning, Catering, Gardening, and Security.
- Setting up all the facilities related to M&E for the projects such as power route, power bar, etc. when required.
- Supporting and operating ISO 45001:2018 (Occupation health and safety management system).

- Able to communicate in English (verbal and written communication)
- Self-motivated, keen learner, good initiative, team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- MS Office and utilize computer systems to manage and optimize facility operation.
