About the Job

We are currently looking for a meticulous Associate CRM Manager to help support the team in managing Email, SMS, Loyalty campaigns activation! This role will help engage with our customers, increase brand awareness, sales and communicate marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to develop and evolve the overall Email, SMS, Loyalty and  marketing strategies to ensure alignment with Supernova’s business objectives, goals, and priorities
  • Owning the EDM creation process with email briefing and working closely with design to develop EDMs for the content calendar.
  • Build customer segments and execute automation as well as improve customer journeys 
  • Building Strategy to schedule automation, segmentation, and ad hoc sends to Email, SMS, and Loyalty channels
  • Manage weekly reporting deck and measure campaign performance
  • Stay current on Email and SMS marketing best practices and share learnings and insights regularly with the broader marketing team
  • Optimize the Email / SMS program through continual testing of creative, copy, timing, offers, targeting, and more
  • Coordinate work activities with internal and external parties in order to launch campaigns in a timely and consistent manner
  • Find opportunities to improve the effectiveness of Email, SMS, and Loyalty programs

Your Profile

  • 3+ combined years professional experience in CRM, Email & SMS marketing
  • Ability to write content for EDM briefs together with Brand/Design
  • Extensive email deployment experience and understanding of QA processes
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding for email, and familiarity with responsive design
  • Knowledge of email standard methodologies and deliverability
  • Superior project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide strategic recommendations motivated by data
  • You are an excellent teammate with the ability to bring creative ideas to the organization
  • Excellent verbal, social, and written communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to anticipate needs, innovate, and flourish in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude, ability to work with a team to drive projects to completion, and penchant for solving problems
