Job Description
As 3PL Business Expert- Allocation, you are responsible for overseeing and driving all activities within the Allocation, acts as the main Compliance & Product Service Responsible (PSR) for all quality matter. You are a Sustainability ambassador in the DC who coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to drive the all sustainability program within logistics. You also involves in controlling activities and collaborating with other functions within the logistics department and Sales organization to drive all logistics activities in order to support business growth in the market.
Key responsibilities
Together with DC manager to generate reliable budget, forecast as well as goals for Allocation, Distribution.

- Maintain highest quality level on weekly KPI with Garment care 100%, Allocation difference +/- 5%, Error check < 0,2% and also maintain reliable records of all reports, document within your area according to accounting standards.
- Support DC Operations and maximize operational excellence by educating 3PL in the H&M WMS system functionality and key work processes
- Ensure high quality level of all IT systems related procedures are implemented and work as expected, used correctly to aspire best service to the stores and to secure that business operations
- Distribute, manage and translate change request and notes to respective stakeholders. e.g.3PL
Qualifications
To be successful in the role as 3PL Business Expert - Allocation, you should have strong expertise in DC level technology infrastructure and supplementing systems experience.
What you need to succeed:
- At least 3 years working in the warehouse, distribution center, logistics operation environment at supervisor level, experience in Multinational environment will be an advantage
- Functional competencies for supporting technology and system-related operations and incidents
- Strong operational DC log. expertise & process understanding & Strong competency in problem solving, planning, organizing and prioritization, adaptability, process improvement
- Ability to understand system features and updates within a given time frame as well as ability for knowledge transfer
- Proficiency in using office Microsoftβs Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, with strong expertise in using Excel advanced functions such as Data Analysis, Dashboard reporting, Pivot table, VBA.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position, reporting to the Distribution Manager.
You will be based at Vietnam Distribution Centre.
