Roles & Responsibilities

  • Actively troubleshoot technical problems by taking full ownership until an issue is resolved. Communicate technical solutions to peers, managers, and across the organization as needed
  • Assist in maintaining inventories of all equipment and software and establish standard configuration and operating procedures; • Directly support customers off-site as needed
  • Cross train with other members of the IT section/ IT sub-contractors; • Develop proactive solutions and document instructions and procedures to reduce routine calls to the Help Desk
  • Participate in special projects for improving the effectiveness and goodwill of the IT Section
  • Provide input on current, future technology and outside support services
  • Other duties as assigned by IT Support Team Leader and Technical Administration Manager
